The school has received a letter from the organizers of the Children’s Hospice South West project thanking the school for the support given to our four channel swimmers and their fund-raising for them.
The total raised by the cross-channel swim last autumn has just been announced: £12,966.25

We have been told that the project to build Little Harbour, the new children’s hospice near St Austell, has raised a total of £2.7 million. They have now cut the first piece of turf preparing the site where the hospice is going to be built this year.
