This section of the web site will be regularly updated to provide you with more information about the events and activities held at Truro School and Truro School Prep School in 2010.

You can find information on the many theatre events, music recitals, concerts, major exhibitions and sporting events that are hosted throughout the year.

 

The main school and prep school are on separate sites either side of the city.

If you are looking for a venue for a conference, theatre performance, children’s birthday party, sports venue or accommodation for your Club members, we can offer a number of top quality facilities. These consist of arguably the best astro turf pitch in the area, a large sports hall including cricket nets, gymnasium including climbing wall, a 200-seat chapel complete with Steinway piano; a 175-seat state of the art theatre, function rooms suitable for conferences and meetings and dining facilities for private receptions ranging from small informal buffets to formal dining.

Additionally we can accommodate up to 100 guests per night during Easter and the months of July and August in our comfortable and functional school boarding houses.

 

Parking is free and our location is convenient for access to and from the A30 and A38 roads, railway network and Newquay or Exeter airports.

We are very keen to make our excellent facilities available to the wider community. What you see in these pages is not intended to be exhaustive and we would be happy to discuss any letting opportunities and ideas you may be considering.

BOOKING OUR FACILITIES

 

The Enterprises office will be happy to discuss facility availability and pricing with you prior to booking a venue. Please note that bookings made via telephone or email will only be confirmed on receipt of a booking form containing the relevant information. Due to the demand for use of our facilities, provisional bookings can only be held for a maximum of two weeks.

Please contact the Enterprises office direct if you wish to discuss block booking one or more of our facilities for a number of consecutive weeks.

 

Major Event booking form

This form should be used if you wish to book a facility for a one-day event or for several consecutive days over a short period (i.e. 3 or 4 days).

 

Residential Accommodation booking form

Residential bookings will only be taken for a minimum group of 10 individuals or more up to a maximum of 100. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of no less than 1 adult to 15 children.
