During May a small team of students headed to Exmoor for a long weekend of horse riding. Taking full advantage of the open moorland for some invigorating canters, the students soon found their rhythm with some beautiful weather.
After staying overnight in Bath, Saturday was spent at Badminton Horse Trials watching the cross-country phase of the three day event – widely regarded as the toughest of all equestrian events.
The girls were thrilled to be able to watch some of the greats of the sport close up, including Pippa Funnell, Mark Todd and William Fox-Pitt. After a long day walking the course they also enjoyed the opportunity for some horsey retail therapy.
